It was my first Yoga on the Lawn experience and I absolutely loved it! Kim is such an amazing instructor and beautiful human being. Union Studio Yoga is just a lovely and zen space featuring many wonderful and knowledgeable instructors. You’ll definitely get something here that you will not get anywhere else and deepen your overall health and sense of wellbeing. Invest in yourself and give them a visit!

This is a beautiful studio nestled in the heart of Houston offering a wide variety of classes to meet your every need from Yin to Myofascial Release, as well as delightful outdoor seasonal classes on the Green @MKT. If you are a prop loving practitioner, you will adore this studio. They also host workshops and deep-dive educational experiences.The founder, Kim, is one of the most knowledgable yoga teachers in Houston. Treat yourself - go try a class!

Excellent studio. Teachers are kind and are more than happy to help you adjust or modify poses.
The vibe is way more chill than those larger, overpacked studios.

This studio has the best view of Houston from the Heights area. The space is welcoming, feels like stepping into someone's home. The instructors are highly qualified and caring. The owner, Kim, is one of my favorite teachers, and a wonderful human being. Highly recommend. Did I mention the view!
