Brought my son-cat, Sullivan, here to treat a rodent ulcer. He needed several in-person treatments so I had many interactions with the staff in person and over the phone and they are all so kind. Very caring, personable, and professional staff!
We have lived in the area only a short time. Unfortunately our past vet was too far of a drive but it was a blessing in disguise because Oak Forest is the best! I am delighted to find such a wonderful vet so close home. I cannot recommend them enough!

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here. I moved away for a while but am back in the area. My poor girl dog had a UTI, and I made the mistake of googling costs and was VERY concerned about the cost especially since we are still recovering from a hurricane. To my surprise the visit was VERY affordable. I wanted to cry honestly, as this month has been a financial night mare. Along with that my dog loved everyone she met at the clinic today, to the point I was almost jealous that she was more excited for them to come in and out of the room! Both the vet tech and Vet were super sweet, and explained everything so well. Appreciate the help today Oak Forest!

Was looking for a new vet for my pets, first time here, loved the ambiance and cleanliness. Staff is friendly and Dr Lane is very knowledgeable. Will definitely bring my babies here from now on. 💗

This review is long overdue, as I have been going to Oak Forest Vet Hospital since I moved back from Austin 5 years ago. In the entire time I have been taking my pets there, the staff and veterinarians have been both personable and professional.They will be upfront about any issues your animal might be having, but don't ever push unnecessary procedures just for the sake of it. The front office staff is always happy to see your animals when you come in.
Along with the amazing staff, the pricing of services at OFVH have been a relief the entire time I have been going there. At my previous vet the cost for basic vaccinations and exams was a gut punch to my wallet every time, yet even when I have a laundry list of items to take care of now the final cost at checkout is always more than reasonable.
Thanks again to all the staff at Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital for all you do. Keep up the good work!

Love this place! I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and everything is always smooth. My dog is a bit dog reactive and they have a separate space in the lobby for dogs who are unsure of the environment. On top of that he gets nervous around new people he doesn’t know and the vet techs are always so respectful and patient! 10/10
