This office was a bit farther compared to my other options, but I heard a lot of great things about it from friends online when I was looking for options for my son. I’m glad we came here. Adriana & Zoe were the ones that helped us out most of our time there. They were the sweetest people I’ve met in any kind of office. They made us feel so welcomed and cared for. They went above and beyond and I truly hope they are recognized by their supervisor / doctor. I would go back just for them!

I was able to get an emergency appointment for the very next day. Dr. Z was kind and professional. He took time to explain things to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. I look forward to going back for allergy testing.

My experience with scheduling, the check-in process and medical assistant were great. However, my experience with Dr. Nguyen left me frustrated and seeking another doctor for my son. Her bedside manner felt rushed, was not thorough and was impersonal. When I expressed concerns she was dismissive, for example, what other options are there instead of weekly injections? After speaking with my sister, who has recently seen an allergist, I inquired about drops, Dr. Nguyen said they were costly and that is why she didn’t mention them; after I’d previously explained that cost was not an issue due to my son’s discomfort. She assumed I was on Medicaid when she tried to refer me to another doctor, after I told her I was not pleased with her bedside manner. I’ve never experienced such a lack of personalized care nor have I felt like my care was being reduced due to personal judgment.
Update: I received a call from the office manager and truly appreciate their concern and follow up. She listened, was attentive and answered questions that weren’t answered.

I tried to get an allergy shot. I drove more 30 minutes to the clinics because of the traffic in Houston. I waited for another 30 minutes in the clinics to get the shot. I found out I couldn’t get the shot because the Auvi-Q has expired. Then, I drive another 30 minutes home. I wasted one and a half hour. The clinic asked me if I got any calls from the pharmacy. “No”. Then, I overheard that someone in the office accused me of lying.
I needed to renew the Auvi-Q because of the expiration. The clinics claimed that they have ordered the Auvi-Q for me a month ago. However, I haven’t received it. Then, the clinics claimed they have placed another order for me. Several weeks later, I still haven’t received the Auvi-Q. Then, I called the pharmacyand tried to find out why it would take so long to receive the Auvi-Q to be sent to me.
The pharmacy told me that they have tried to call me but couldn’t get a hold of me.
I’m puzzled because I didn’t receive any calls nor didn’t get any voice messages from the pharmacy. Then, I asked what was the phone number the pharmacy has been trying to call. I found out the pharmacy has been calling my wife’s phone number many times and couldn’t get a hold of me. My wife never check her messages on her phone.
I was furious because someone gave the pharmacy my emergency contact phone number to the pharmacy as the primary contact number. It explains why I couldn’t receive the Auvi Q for over a month.
