I had been a patient at dr smith office last 3 years and the practice has become terrible. Dr smith has great bedside manner but her office staff are not very helpful. I needed a birth control refill before my yearly and contacted office everyday for 10 days no response so I had to make emergency appointment else where. Due to the lack of empathy, and nonchalant attitude of staff I will no longer return and I wouldn’t recommend unless you just have time or just possibly going to iv bar which is new but if you have woman issues that require attention like else where.

I wish I would have taken the time out to read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with this practice. For my very 1st appointment I scheduled it for 9:15 in the morning. I decided to arrive early so that I could fill out my new patient paperwork. I was greeted by a locked door and several other patients standing outside of waiting. Their appointment times had already passed. The admin strolls by 915 with her coffee and on the phone and finally lets us in. She never acknowledged her tardiness or apologized. After my appointment I was told that I needed a full breast workup. After 2 and a 1/2 months of not hearing anything back I gave them a call. Turns out they never turned in my referral. Today I have called no less than 15 times, left a
voicemail And have yet to be called back. Please save yourself time and peace of mind and just do not contact this practice

I understand that most OBGYNs are very busy delivering babies and tending to their established clients but our very first visit we waited about an hour to be seen. I felt like maybe the Dr was running behind and rushed through the Ultrasound. I did not get a chance to express any of my concerns directly to her. She took blood that day then had me come back in 2 days for more blood work which was on a Friday. I, like anyone else in this situation would have expected a call on Monday about my results. Never got a call. I had to call myself and ask why she prescribed me medication without going over my results directly with me. I only knew about the mediation because my pharmacy called me. I ended up going to the hospital to find answers which she could have helped me with. I've noticed that some not all of these doctors can be somewhat desensitized because they do this day in and day out but for first time mothers with concerns time should be made to build a relationship and help the client understand what changes they are experiencing. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Didn’t like this place at all. I was pregnant a little over a year ago and every time I went in for a visit it was short, like the doctor didn’t want to see me or hear any of my questions. Also, they kept giving me different due dates from October 3rd to October 11th, when I asked which one was more likely the doctor told me “she couldn’t predict the future” which I’m sure everyone knows she can’t . I went for my cervic check up September 29 and she stuck her fingers so deep and aggressive that I bled, heavily the whole day after that visit and suddenly had my baby the next day . I’m no doctor but I believe because she checked me so aggressively that I went into labor the next day . I feel there was no reason for me to be bleeding after that vist . Don’t recommend any pregnant woman to come here .

By far the best Obgyn ever! Extremely professional and down to earth. Dr Smith turns an uncomfortable experience into a natural calm visit. As a patient I feel like a long time friend after my appointment. The staff is Friendly and professional. Thank you Ladies for all that u have done and making my visit fun.
