One choice of battery....the most expensive one. Shop down the street jumped right on changing it, including delivery of post from O'Reilly. Core return: I'm at the desk for 7 minutes, waiting, with employee milling around
Had to ask twice for her to call counter help from out of warehouse. She then serves MALE customer FIRST, who came in AFTER me & doesn't know what he wants. Not likely to return re poor service.

I don't usually leave reviews but I couldn't help it with the awesome service I received from the manager Aimee. She takes pride in what she does and goes far and beyond to meet your needs. Aimee is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything in a concise manner. She even went outside to check my car to see if it needed a certain part. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do and I can tell you Aimee does! I purchased some spark plugs and will definitely comeback for other parts for my vehicle. XL beats all other competitors in quality parts and prices.
