Our double sink had backed up, and we hadn't any idea. We found Nick's Plumbing and AC on google maps. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. Our technician Will Blankenship was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and practical. He fixed our problem within a short amount of time and gave us some helpful maintenance advice. I also liked how easy the appointment scheduling, courtesy call, and payment was all efficiently handled by Nick's. Thank you for helping us with our plumbing request, Will!

When I called I was able to get a next day appointment, which was amazing. My kitchen sink was backing up into my washing machine due to a clog. Joe was friendly & was able to fix the problem very quickly. They offer free estimates as well.

Our water heater stopped working and we had 3 different reputable companies come out. David Andrade from Nick’s was up front about what the issue was and didn’t try to take advantage of us by trying to sell us a new unit when ours was only 4 years old, which I can’t say for one of the other companies that came out. I appreciate the transparency and signed up for their maintenance plan because of it. They’ve earned a customer for life because of David!

I asked Nick’s Plumbing to come out when my air conditioner upstairs was going in and out. A guy came over and, without being able to articulate why, said that I would need to install a French drain and quoted me $5,000. I told him I needed a day to think about it and get a second opinion. An hour after he left, water started leaking from my ceiling. Apparently the technician had turned off the emergency stopper. I called Nick’s to ask if someone could please come up to fix whatever he had done. The customer service manager blamed me for it, incorrectly claiming that I authorized him to do so, and stated that all technicians had gone home for the day. I got a technician from a different company to come out, and he fixed the entire problem for $125. Air conditioner works perfectly now, and Nick’s tried to scam me with a $5,000 quote. Do not use Nick’s. They take advantage of people in need, victim blame, and are just plain bad at the job they do every day.
