I went today 8/4/24 to try the gym with a 3 day pass with my husband. Upon arriving, we waited at the front desk for awhile and no one ever came to the front so we just went ahead and worked out. This gym is very filthy. It's hard to see from the photos but they don't clean around the machines. It looks like it's been ages since they have! My husband said there's not enough variety of leg machines compared to EOS fitness and several of the machines are really old. I was fine with the amount of machines but couldn't convince him we should sign up for 24 hour fitness. I am very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

Been going to this gym for years and I can honestly say it has everything you could need. Free Weights, Machines, Cardio, Basketball and Swimming. Turf for freestyle work and a Yoga/ Dance room in the back that has big mirrors. It’s a good gym in a great location I see all ages and races here ppl pretty cool.
Team members walk around refilling towels and spray all day so you know the gym stays clean. Management is on top of their stuff and the vibes are overall good at this location. This gym gets busy at the usual times as other gyms so I recommend planning around that. Also, there’s personal trainers here too that look like they know what they’re doing so check them and the classes they offer out there’s an app for it.

They need to advertise on Google maps that this is a "Super Sport" I use to come to this gym all the time. I haven't been here in about 5 months. Tonight, I decided to stop by, and I was told I couldn't come in because it's super sport I told them it not advertise as a super sport on Google, the girl on the front desk said it's on 24hourfitness.com no body look on their web site lol. Anyway, it does not even advertise outside as a super sports club.

UPDATE: I’ve been sick for over a week now after getting in the pool. Some kind of respiratory bug. Fun.
TL;DR disgusting, broken, health-hazard, fire the GM
Been coming here on and off for a few years (before and after Covid), and in the last year this place has become a cesspool of filth. Broken pool showers, trashed wet sauna, strobing lights, and an absolutely primordial spa and pool. Today it was so bad we could SMELL the pool as we walked in. Whomever is running this place is either lazy or incompetent. Will be asking for a discounted rate until they clean it up, otherwise I gotta find another lap pool.

I’m visiting from out of town. While on my way to a different gym I spotted this 24 Hour Fitness location so I randomly decided to pop inside to inquire about a day pass. Before I made a decision I wanted to do a quick tour of the facility to see if that’s where I wanted to work out, but was told no because I was from out of town. I wanted to see what type of equipment was available, how the strength training space was set up, and really get the overall “vibes” but the gentlemen working the front desk at 9:30am on Nov. 1 was being difficult and I left.
Literally when I walked outside to leave I remembered how when I was a 24 Hour Fitness member back in 2017 it was extremely difficult to break the contract when I moved to the east coast.
So I guess my experience was on par for the brand 🤷🏾♀️
