Byron, Matt and Chris are the best of the best. This is a gym where you will get expert training and conditioning all in one spot. They guide you in proper technique to prevent injuries.
This is not the place to come is you are looking set up a camera and just workout for social media content. Everyone here is very welcoming. Absolutely recommend this gym!

Byron and his coaches are amazing! Making you feel comfortable in the gym setting and helping you realistically meet your goals with accountability. Their coordination with my dietitian and alignment with my fitness program has been vital to my success at Misfit. I would highly recommend if looking for a place to get to work and achieve your goals!

There are plenty of gyms of this type to choose from around Houston. But, there's only one Byron. He and his team are the reason I look forward to getting up at 5:00 every morning. There's always a good vibe in the place, where the line between members and staff is indistinguishable.
