Excellent pizza out of this location on Ella! I order alot of pizza not only for family but also for team at work!
Not all dominos are the same but this one on Ella is special!
Clean location! And the manager Simon keeps the staff engaged and they have fun! Gotta mention Gary who handles the front and makes sure the customer gets what they need!
Great experience and the pizza was on point! I will be coming back and you should too! Great location!

Can't do the basics, like get an order right, or even fulfill the order properly.
Back to the basement. They had a run there where it was excellent cooking, preparation and always correct, ending about 3 months ago. Unfortunately my kids prefer their pizzas (when it's correct).

Just wasted 40 mins just to end up canceling my order. HORRIBLE LOCATION. Looked like they were more worried about carry out orders than the actual orders of people waiting there. Horrible staff. Said they were short, maybe they need to actually hire individuals who care about their job. Manager never even acknowledged me, had me speaking to other employees.

Stole money from me. Didn't deliver pizza and marked order as "completed". I put the gate code in the instructions. But, the driver texted me for the code. I didn't see the text. I didn't receive a call. And so, after I see the order was marked as completed- I had to call the place, be put on hold, and have some guy tell me "oh he's right outside in a blue car" and then he hung up immediately. I sat around waiting for a while and nobody came... I also had to sit through BS robo menu you have to listen to before you actually connect with the store when you call. I'm now going to have to go directly to the store so they can't just hang up on me when I try to get a refund.
Edit: almost two weeks without a response from Dominos customer support, and my credit card bill still has the charge.

Today I came in for dinner, this store had good vibes. Very nice and polite employees! I decided to pick up today instead of delivery and I’m glad I did. I’m very pregnant and one of the employees asked if I needed help which was nice of him! This location is always recommended ☺️
