We applied at these apartments they take forever to answer your calls. They kept saying we didn't send all the information when we sent it 3 times. We never heard back from them and lost $150 on the application fee. The apartment was nice but staff could do better on attending new potential renters.

Lived here 3 years and have had chronic AC issues in this unit from the beginning. It's always one thing or another. Our particular AC is so unreliable, we have bought two brand new $300 windows AC units for repeat emergency. Maintenance isn't always available when the AC stops working and it's too hot. Plus, their emergency window unit was so filthy, I ended up with severe respiratory issues. Last winter, we were without properly working AC for 3 months. And I ended up seriously ill bc window units are not good for my respiratory disability. I think maintenance tries their best, but they live far away and have trouble dealing with after hours emergencies (after 5 pm weekdays plus the entire weekend) promptly due to the distance. Also, I think they need a proper HVAC professional to address this particular AC unit. The maintenance guy is more like a general handyman, and it seems like he's often guessing when he tries to fix the AC. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I love the space and the location. I feel safe in this neighborhood. And I feel safe at the pool and the workout room. That's good! I have amazing windows and lots of light! That's a real plus! It's easy to water plants on my patio because it's next to the kitchen. That's a plus. And I absolutely love having zero carpet! Also, they have really good pest control. I hardly ever see any bugs. Honestly, if there's anything that makes me think twice about leaving here, it's knowing that here, I don't have to deal with any pests. And that's way better than most places in my price range. A down side is that I think the apartments were constructed under outdated codes. Apparently a lot of air is exchanged between apartments. I can smell the neighbors cooking. And when they painted the neighbors apartment, we had to evacuate and stay in a hotel 2 nights due to excessive fumes in our apartment. I wonder if the neighbor being a smoker might be the reason my asthma has been worse lately. When I moved in, my neighbors were wonderful. Their patios were full of beautiful plants, and it was pleasant to see as I walked by. But since then, some crappy neighbors have moved in. The patios are full of junk and weeds. I hear rowdy kids through the walls and floor in all directions. I had a horrible experience with the downstairs neighbor using a grill on his patio and causing me an asthma attack. When I told him about my disability and that grills on patos are against fire code, he said he doesn't care. Only the worst sort of human being doesnt care about endangering another person's ability to breathe. We had to get the manager involved. Then he put a generator on his porch during a power outage that endangered us with carbon monoxide upstairs. I had to buy a CO detector for my protection. I didn't feel safe about that situation, and the generator sat there with gasoline tanks for weeks. Now, he has a vat of water sitting out there spawning mosquitoes. And ive seen bags of dirty diapers outside his front door. One day the manager was walking by and witnessed that neighbor having an altercation. Management had to call the police on them. Seriously, I hate this guy living right under me. And I want to move! Management has changed 3 times in the 3 years I've lived here. When I first moved in, they were super strict about screening residents. And they were strict about the management of the environment (junk on patios, etc). I'm hoping to see the neighbors clean up their junk soon, because I think the general environment is important. Between the AC issues, hot water outages, and crappy neighbors I feel stressed out now about living here although I really loved it when I first arrived. As I write this review, we are on day 3 of no hot water. And we have window units running, because we are also on day 3 of the AC malfunctioning yet AGAIN. Update: Management worked on the AC for hours today. I hope it functions better...We shall see...

I’ve been living at Providence at Heights apartments for a couple months now, and it’s been great so far. The amenities are great, especially because I don’t have to pay for a gym membership. The staff here is very friendly and caring of their resident needs, as well as taking care of maintenance requests in a proper time frame. Noelia and Esmeralda have been very helpful with my transitioning living here. Thank you ladies!

I met with the manager a few months ago when I first visited the apartments. Unfortunately, they were out of my price range then. Last month, when I started my search, I remembered them and reached out. I love how small the complex is. Since my first visit, the staff has been helpful. Noelia loves her job, and I take comfort that she has no plans on leaving. She is responsive and caring (even notifying me of a price drop). While I haven't met the maintenance crew, I am excited to call this my new home. I am also thrilled to have a washer/dryer in my apartment.
