I’m putting this review in to specifically shoutout the maintenance team here. WOW. WOW. WOW. I have lived in multiple apartments and can honestly say I have never seen such an incredible maintenance team. They are so fast and constantly helping tenants. I see them cleaning the outdoor areas in 102 degree heat (no exaggeration) yet they still are incredibly kind and there to help with anything you need. My AC went out AT NIGHT and within 15 minutes there was someone working on it. You put in a ticket and before you can blink someone is showing up to help fix the problem.
Additionally, I would like to send a huge thanks to the Cleaning Team as well. They are always out and cleaning the various floors. The place is kept spotless and I really think we owe that to them and all their hard work.

I had an amazing experience moving in! Shala and Dominique were incredible and made the whole process easy. They went above and beyond and continue to do so after move in. The maintenance staff are great and very friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful with great finishes and in a great neighborhood. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of touring the apartment complex with Dominique and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in she made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Dominique was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas, and took the time to answer all my questions throughly, listened to my needs and preferences.

Living at Heights Waterworks has been great for the past year! A special shoutout to Dominique for always going above and beyond to help me, my puppy, and all the other residents! Your contagious energy and positivity makes it so fun walking through the lobby every day! We appreciate you and all that you do for us!!

I just want to give a shout out to the leasing team for the great tour over the weekend! The property looked wonderful & multiple tenants were enjoying the pool. This property looks like a welcoming community where I’m sure the team will make it feel like home.
