UPDATE: 8/1/24 STILL HAVE NOT FIXED ANY BELOW ISSUES. Rent is going up 200 nothing below has been fixed They asked me to take down the first post a year ago promising to fix things but nothing has changed. I have been a resident for 6 years. Last 3 have been awful. Wifi in community areas is awful Hot tub hasn't worked in 4 years (I have full emails from the managers saying they would fix it and never have) Public bathrooms are either locked or don't have toilet paper in them and won't leave extra available. Tvs in community area haven't worked I. 3 years. Rent has gone up 30% Break-ins 1 to 2x a month Visitor parking is always full and they can't wait to tow cars even though there is plenty of parking in the back. Elevator constantly going out. We were out of power and water for 7days in the freeze Tornado and Hurricanes. Roaches Finding mold around ac vents now. Maintenance team is great when it comes to in unit issues but they could care less about the amenities we pay extra for. Allied Orion won't call or email me back and has multiple lawsuits against them for ac and water issues in their cheaper developments. Save your time and money

I moved into this complex about 5 months ago, and unfortunately I do not recommend this complex. I was initially attracted to this complex because the staff are friendly and welcoming. The leasing office is nice, and staff always return missed calls. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. I will also say, the apartment gym is definitely an asset to the complex. On the downside, the complex (especially building 2) is not well maintained. The hallway walls are very dirty. There are spiderwebs on the ceilings and walls, and it seems like there is dirt and dust everywhere. You can’t tell what color the hallway walls are supposed to be. Other than cutting the grass, there is not effort put into making the place look nice. Many areas around building 2 are just covered in dirt and form large puddles of water anytime it rains. I have asked them multiple times about this, as the area outside my unit ends up with standing water attracting mosquitoes and gnats. I’ve even sent pictures, and unfortunately nothing has been done. There has also been a couch sitting by the dumpster for about a month now. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been removed. Additionally, the complex is filled with dog poop. I know this is something the office staff has attempted to improve on, but there hasn’t been much cooperation from the residents. I am also concerned about safety. There was an incident that occurred a couple of months ago, and I’m not sure that any additional safety measures have been taken. I will also add, I like the visitor parking system. It works well and gives me peace of mind knowing not just anyone can come and park inside the gate. Hopefully changes are made, and I will be able to update this review in the future.

Unbelievable. For the storm, we have no electricity no water for a week. I have to pay a hotel because I have two small kids and I left in the apartment my little kitty cat and she died of the suffocation of the hot. I couldn’t not take my kitty because of the hotel rules. I just left for 3 hours. I comeback to feed. She was dead. As I spend money on the hotel and food so I pay my rent one day late because of the storm and then are charging me $180 for one day late I’ll explain the reason why I get one day late. She doesn’t listen by the way, I called on the day I should pay the rent. I asked the employer how much is going to be the late feed And she told me nothing She say she didn’t know it. If she would told me it’s going to be $180. I would borrow money right away. Than be throwing that money on the Trash .

I applied for an apartment in April that should have been ready for move-in mid July. About 3 days after I applied for the apartment I viewed the apartment in person, I realized the bedrooms were unlivable tiny so I opted not to move there. The apartments decided not to refund my deposit. So be warned, if you apply for an apartment months before it's available, they will keep your deposit even though I'm looking at the website and apartments no longer there. Which means they did of course rent it out, but they still decide to steal my money
