I moved in last month and everything’s been great. It’s clean, I feel safe and Ty is the man!! He’s the man and a promotion will be well deserved. There’s a few things I needed to fix in the apartment and they’re fast! The maintenance crew is superb. The only thing is the week I moved in, on 8/13, a transformer in the elevator was struck by lightning and we were told the vendor was hopeful it would be fixed by 8/16. It’s 9/9 and it’s still not fixed. The building needs another elevator vendor. I’m not from here but if I had an elevator repair company, even I would have the equipment in stock since Houston is like a third-world country with these power outages. It’s been a struggle taking the elevator on the other side. Also, the building is extremely quiet and sometimes I only have time to do things in the evening. I feel like I have to walk on eggshells so that my neighbor to my left and downstairs done come knocking on my door. Other than that, Lincoln Heights is great.

I have been living at Lincoln Heights for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The community and the management team have truly exceeded my expectations in several ways. Recently, we experienced a power outage, and I was pleasantly surprised by how the management handled the situation. They went above and beyond by providing lunch for all the residents, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. It’s rare to find such a proactive and caring management team. The staff at is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Whether it's a maintenance request or just a friendly hello, they make you feel welcome and valued as a resident. Their professionalism and kindness create a wonderful living environment. Additionally, the pricing for these apartments is very competitive for the market. Considering the quality of the apartments and the amenities provided, I believe I’m getting great value for my money. Overall, Lincoln Heights is a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and reasonably priced place to call home.

I’m now on my second lease and I love the property. It has its flaws but overall this is a great place to live. When living at a property you can bring complaints to and it’s resolved in a timely manner definitely makes being a resident easier. The pool is always clean and the maintenance staff is amazing. Megan in the leasing office who’s the property manager is a great problem solver. Her conflict resolution response is top tier! She is definitely in that position for a reason. After meeting her in person (I barely have problems so never really had a need to) she made it feel very welcome in regards to open communication from myself to resident staff so shout out to her. I would definitely recommend someone to live here. Very convenient location and easy luxurious living.

I’m posting an updated review after living at Lincoln Heights for a year now. When I first moved in May of last year the staff was wonderful. The property manager was super friendly and so was the front desk staff. They responded quickly to calls and emails and they really knew their stuff! The place seemed to stay clean and the coffee machine in the office was always clean, stocked and tasty. I LOVED living here. I planned to stay long term. Fast forward 5ish months later and they clean house on the staff and now most of them can’t answer a single question you have or they answer incorrectly. The complex has noticeably been slipping, trash piling up in the mail room, sooooo many packages missing, opened or just laying all over the place. You ask about constant missing packages and the front desk staff says “did you double check your Amazon or email? What does it say?” As if we didn’t try everything and the package ends up missing or they found it locked up in their mailroom. The coffee bar isn’t stocked and frequently and we gotta ask for cups often. They don’t seem to clean it as much so the coffee doesn’t taste good like it used to and it’ll say on the screen it needs to be cleaned so we stopped going down to enjoy the coffee machine lately. They did an annual fire alarm check and we waited all day for them to come into our unit (they said from 9a to 5p at the latest) and they never showed up…we both took the day off from work for this since we have a dog. We have valet trash pick up but it never comes at the time we are told to put our trash out and if we put it out earlier the complex emails us that we need to put it back in side or we will get a charge so we miss the pick up time because they come earlier than scheduled or not at all. I’m still seeing shattered glass from cars being broken into and the security guards sit in the same spot in their cart all night watching movies on their phones. I never seem to see them do much. People will be in the pool at 1-2am and security doesn’t say anything. A lot of the appliances are cheaply made in the units. I do enjoy how spacious the units are and the vinyl floors. None of our doors lock or click when closed, the patio screen keeps falling off even though maintenance came to fix it. The pool is beautiful and everyone loves to throw parties there but I always see bags of trash left behind because no one seems to care to clean up after themselves (obviously not the complexes fault) The gym is nice, it does what you need it to do but it does smell a little musty in there. I want to love this complex, I really do. It’s aesthetically pleasing, the pool is beautiful, the apartments are spacious and they are pet friendly. A lot of the neighbors are young professionals and friendly. The office area is beautiful and the staff always dresses professional. I’m leaving this review in hopes that Lincoln Heights takes their tenants feedback into consideration and I would love to post an updated review! :)

I've been living at Lincoln Heights for 2 years and am gearing up to renew my lease for another 13 months. The main reason I'm staying is the incredible support from the staff and maintenance team. They're always ready to help with any questions or issues that I have. The maintenance team are SO kind and never fail to say hello and play with my dog. The amenities here are top-notch, including a spacious dog park, large pool area, gym, and well-equipped apartments. The community is friendly, and I've made some of my best friends here. It's a safe and clean environment, something the staff works hard to maintain. During the recent Houston storms, they went above and beyond to keep us informed and provided essentials like water and food to those affected. I feel at home here and have no plans to move anytime soon. If you're looking for a place that cares about its residents and offers great amenities, I highly recommend Lincoln Heights!
