Amazing experience all around! Dr. Howard was very kind and thorough with her exam and took the time to listen to why I was at the appointment in the first place. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were patient with me when trying on glasses and helped me pick the perfect pair. The level of patient care and customer service is exceptional! I will be referring this place to everyone!

Dr. Howard is incredibly skilled, helpful and kind. She worked extensively to help me with a complicated cornea issue. She was humble enough to refer me to a specialist and then interfaced with him before and after returning to her so there were no disconnects in care. So thankful she helped find a plan of action and solutions. Loved working with her and would highly recommend!

Excellent care and wonderful service from the entire staff. Dr Kachinski is talented, knowledgeable and an intelligent and professional doctor. She is a passionate and a pleasurable professional who knows what she’s doing. I’ve seen so many eye professionals throughout my life and she is one of the rare, up-to-date, intuitive experts that got my prescription and eyesight correction as perfect as possible! I highly recommend her and this eye care company. From glasses to contacts, they can get you seeing clearly and I’ve never been more impressed! Thank you !

This was my first visit and Dr. Howard and her staff were exactly what I was hoping for with a new optometry clinic. Very professional and I felt that Dr. Howard was an expert in her field. I will definitely be returning for follow up visits.
