UPDATE: 12/1/24 STILL HAVE NOT FIXED ANY BELOW ISSUES.
Rent is going up 200 nothing below has been fixed
They asked me to take down the first post a year ago promising to fix things but nothing has changed.
I have been a resident for 6 years. Last 3 have been awful.
Wifi in community areas is awful
Hot tub hasn't worked in 4 years (I have full emails from the managers saying they would fix it and never have)
Public bathrooms are either locked or don't have toilet paper in them and won't leave extra available.
Tvs in community area haven't worked I. 3 years.
Rent has gone up 30%
Break-ins 1 to 2x a month
Visitor parking is always full and they can't wait to tow cars even though there is plenty of parking in the back.
Elevator constantly going out.
We were out of power and water for 7days in the freeze Tornado and Hurricanes.
Roaches
Finding mold around ac vents.
Allied Orion won't call or email me back and has multiple lawsuits against them for ac and water issues in their cheaper developments.

Our experience finding an apartment here was so easy, Tanya is an amazing leasing agent, her vibe is awesome, she answered all our questions.. The aplication process was easy and she kept good communication with us the whole process.. the amenities are well kept. The gym looks good (I’m not sure yet if all the equipments works, I’ll update this later) and also the pool is pretty. The apartment is nice and was very clean. Overall it has been a good experience for now… Thanks Tanya and Mike.

After leasing apartments for 2 Yrs. as a locator and visiting dozens of Apartments all around Houston, I have to say I’m extremely happy with the place and highly impressed with the Leasing and Maintenance team! I needed to make a move in 24 Hrs. and they both made it happen. Patrick Brun, Berenise Rodriguez and Courtney Oji are extremely profesional, friendly, and clearly on point. The location is great, complex is well maintained and in my opinion has the one of the best GYMS in the area.

Unbelievable. For the storm, we have no electricity no water for a week. I have to pay a hotel because I have two small kids and I left in the apartment my little kitty cat and she died of the suffocation of the hot. I couldn’t not take my kitty because of the hotel rules. I just left for 3 hours. I comeback to feed. She was dead.
As I spend money on the hotel and food so I pay my rent one day late because of the storm and then are charging me $180 for one day late I’ll explain the reason why I get one day late. She doesn’t listen by the way, I called on the day I should pay the rent. I asked the employer how much is going to be the late feed And she told me nothing She say she didn’t know it.
If she would told me it’s going to be $180. I would borrow money right away. Than be throwing that money on the Trash .
