Where do I start? I agreed to have an Ac replacement and Generator installation done. The ac install was done the very neat day after accepting the quote. They sent out 3 installers that none of which spoke English to do a $14000 install in which I couldn’t ask any questions due to language barriers. The next issue is the installers decided to be lazy and just leave the ac power wire running across the floor of my attic. I called and complained and they agree to send someone out to correct it in which they have done. Now this one a a doozy, I financed this project so the payment from the finance company would come after completion. Well guess what? They sent in notification of completion to the finance company even though the job wasn’t completed because the generator wasn’t installed and was supposed to be done in two or more weeks possibly. This action would cause me to have to start making payments sooner than I have to because the job was “completed “. But wait it gets worse. The tech comes out to correct the wire in the attic and while doing so I so happen to discover that during the installation of the AC unit they stepped through my ceiling and left a crack in the ceiling upstairs. I didn’t notice until then because I barely go upstairs. Fast forward to yesterday during the generator install that they pushed up after I complained about them lying to the finance company telling them the job was complete. They sent out the guys to do the electrical side of the install in which they were back there till almost 11 at night. Now I gotta wait on the plumber to run the gas. Then I gotta wait on someone to come activate the generator. All of this crap could be done at once as other generator installation companies do on a daily basis. So now I gotta wait and see if the generator is installed properly and for them to fix my ceiling in which their techs left without saying a word. If it wasn’t for me checking to see if they left trash in the attic I wouldn’t have discovered the wire in which led to me discovering the hole in my ceiling that they knew they did but left like it was all good. Stay away from their company at all cost. They show no sense of urgency and could care less about making the job a smooth transition. There is no communication, I had to call them a ton of times to see what was going up yet they are over there lying trying to get their payment from the finance company instead of taking care of the customer. Do not use!!!!!!

Purchased a generator from A1. From the time I paid the deposit to install was about two months. The actual install took about a week including all of the checks from the City . Joesue and his crew did the electrical and were very professional. They cleaned up all their equipment and left everything tidy. They also raised the generator several inches above the actual pad to make sure it did not flood. Very nice to work with. After he left, the plumber came out. He also did a very good job. Finally, Stephen came out and set up the app on my phone and explained how everything worked. He was very thorough with the explanation and made sure everything was working properly.

Ryan installed an outside wall outlet. He arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, and installed the outlet which looked neat and professional. I’d highly recommend.

The team at A1 were responsive, quick to get me an estimate, quick to do the work, and did a great job on installing a sub-panel in my new house. The install was incredibly tidy and everyone I interacted with was very nice and polite. I'm absolutely going to use them again for my next planned electrical project.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with A1 Plus. I had someone come out for a free quote the same day I requested an estimate and ended up getting it fixed right afterward as well. Jose Herrera did a great job and was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We had some good conversations while he worked. He even explained everything going on to help me understand what the issue was. All around great experience!
