I had a remarkable consultation with Desiree Gonzalez a few weeks ago. She was so patient answering all my questions since I know nothing about skin care. Made some great recommendations and talked me through step by step the procedure I wanted done. Today I finished up my first procedure with her. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in what I was about to have done. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Desiree.

I have been going to Artavi for several years and love how clean and efficient the office is - added bonus that it's conveniently located near my home. However, this was my first time seeing Desiree and wow, what a gem! She went above and beyond, spent extra time to get to know me, took my concerns and questions seriously, and gave expert advice/genuine recommendations without putting any pressure on me. Dr. Desai is amazing! She takes her time and is very thorough in explaining what she is going to do. She listens to what you are wanting and will give her honest opinion on whether or not you actually need that service. The results are so natural and impactful. Best in Houston.

I recently visited Artavi Med Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
My initial consultation was thorough, and Dr. Desai took the time to explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and discuss my desired results. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care I received.
The results have been fantastic! My skin looks smoother, more youthful, and the fine lines have visibly diminished. I feel more confident and refreshed. I highly recommend Artavi Med Spa to anyone considering any aesthetic treatments. Their expertise and customer service are truly top-notch. Five stars all the way!
