Amazing experience today with THE kindest injector, Desiree G. She was extremely thorough in explaining the muscle map of my face today. She suggested various areas to treat based on my input and her knowledge of the muscles that work together. I felt like I was in the hands of a true teacher! Desiree took her time with me - she is fabulous and gets 5 stars plus!

I recently visited Artavi Med Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
My initial consultation was thorough, and Dr. Desai took the time to explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and discuss my desired results. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care I received.
The results have been fantastic! My skin looks smoother, more youthful, and the fine lines have visibly diminished. I feel more confident and refreshed. I highly recommend Artavi Med Spa to anyone considering any aesthetic treatments. Their expertise and customer service are truly top-notch. Five stars all the way!

Today was my second visit, and I must admit, my first visit wasn't great. However, today's experience was outstanding, thanks to the amazing staff. I hope this level of service continues in my future visits.
During my first visit, my check-in experience was subpar, and I was barely greeted. In contrast, today was exceptional from start to finish. The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet, took the time to greet me warmly, helped me check-in efficiently, and informed me about their current specials (which were too good to resist!).
The new Nurse Practitioner (NP) was gentle and thorough, explaining everything clearly and making me feel very comfortable. The best part was the absence of any pushy behavior; I felt empowered to make my own choices.
A huge shout-out to the wonderful lady at the front desk—I wish I had gotten her name. She truly deserves a raise.

I had a appointment with Desiree Gonzalez, the aesthetic nurse injector. She is delightful. Desiree was not at all pushy with her suggested services, which is uncommon in my experience with med spas (and very refreshing). She also clearly explained everything she was doing and why. She's very friendly, warm, and thorough!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
I got Botox and fillers for the first time in January of 2024.
I just got my touch up for both (undereye fillers and botox in my Masseters ... when you grind your teeth ya know...).
The team and Dr. Desai exude positivity and kindness. Her (I want to say "mini me") Mandy is fantabulous.
Not only do they make you feel welcome and take away your fear of needles but the way they handle their business is top notch and professional.
The results are natural and complimentary to each individual's face and wishes.
After doing a substantially amount of research for about a year prior, I am grateful to have found Artavi Med Spa.
It is apparent that the work culture Dr. Desai upholds is healthy, fun, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to poke me with needles, or for a better Mandy that eases your mind, is easy to talk to and always brings a smile to my face.
I am running out of words to describe this outstanding business and amazing team.
