    I moved in recently and I am extremely happy with the property and the leasing team. Ariel is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped foot in the leasing office, she made my move-in process a breeze. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out, making my transition smooth and stress-free. The Azure community is top-notch, with best management team, and amazing community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Ariel for going above and beyond! I love my new home!

    The apartments here are beautiful. Ariel helped us with the lease and she was the absolute best. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for me and prioritized my wants and needs for move in. I am beyond grateful for her hard work.

    Run and do not give your time and money to these people. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not believe the “5 star reviews” because they bribe people with gift cards or get friends/family to leave them. They do not care that you actually live there. The unit we toured was clean but the unit we were given was filthy. Blinds/fans caked with dust. Carpet not vacuumed. No water pressure in the showers and the water always staying at Luke warm temperatures. Bathrooms dirty with tub and showers having stains in them. Black mold growing over one of the showers. The light switches and walls had dark smudges on them. I can’t tell you how many times I had to mop the floors, my swiffer mop and mop head STAYED black. The refrigerator was broke. Blinds broke. The water meter was broke so it stayed reflecting a balance of $150 or more which was impossible being we worked out of state and was not home much, even when we were home we always showered at our gym just so we could get a decent shower in. Management said they would come replace the meter every month and no one ever did. They would have to manually set our water to $80 which was still too high because the highrise we lived in downtown previously was half of that. Jackie is absolutely horrible, no communication or people skill at all just ready to be on defense and acts very immature for a grown woman in that position, just very petty/emotional/forgetful. I’ll never with the life in me understand how she got that position. Worst leasing agent we’ve ever dealt with. The elevators are ALWAYS out which is so sad given there are several wheel-chaired residence. When the weather gets bad the electricity goes out for days which means the water goes out. So you can’t flush your toilets, management will send out emails saying to go down the stairs and fill buckets of pool water to flush meaning you have to walk back up the stairs with the pool water. Azure is the only apartments that go without electricity and water during storms for extended periods. The complex has gated parking, but people are constantly having their cars broken into, rims being stolen, windows busted. There are no cameras in the parking garage either. They started enforcing a new app for parking, all of our information was correct but our car and many others was still towed out of the parking spots we all pay for. We had to argue with the leasing office about how we were not responsible for the towing fee and it wasn’t only until we showed proof of our vehicles listed correctly on the app that they paid. The main manager is never there, so if you call the office it’s Ariel who answers which has no authority to do anything so you have to wait for any complaints to be addressed which 90% of the time are forgotten about. We actually broke the lease for work related reasons. I’m glad because we could not continue to deal with the constant stress with these people. We have always been good tenants who are quiet and keep to ourselves and have tried our hardest to have patience and understanding. They are now sending us a bill for $155. Our deposit was $400. We get an email with $555 worth of “damages” to the unit. Charging us for dirty celling fans, dirty refrigerator, dirty sinks, dirty showers, carpet not vacuumed, dirty mirror etc. Which is ridiculous because the place was actually cleaner than when we moved in and in my opinion the unit should be cleaned professionally before the next tenants arrive and shouldn’t be put on the tenants that are in the process of leaving. Now it makes sense why the unit was dirty when we moved in. If you tour Azure and see other tenants make sure to ask what they think of it. Every single person is ready to leave. That’s why they have notes in the elevator saying “renew your lease with us and you’ll be given a Starbucks gift card” you can’t replace a persons living space and personal peace with a Starbucks gift card. How about maintaining the property and have a little empathy for your tenants and people will actually want to live there.

    Just moved in this past week. This complex looks great so far. I’ve had a pretty easy time using all the gate technologies throughout the building. Ariel, our leasing agent, has been awesome! She walked us through every step of the way, was so prompt with updates as they came to her, and was so accommodating to our work schedules when it came to touring and getting the property ready for move in. Amazing complex, and if the rest of the staff is half as good as Ariel has been, an amazing staff too!

    Over the past 3 or 4 months the elevators have consistently been out. None of the times that they were out have there been realistic timeframes for when they will be repaired either. Update: one of the elevators is still out but I bumped it up to 4 stars because of the talks I’ve had with management. They are doing everything they can and even boosted morale by having a free taco truck. Ariel’s smile and positive attitude helps the most!
