Great 1st impression. I've never eaten here before, but I will go back. We split the bacon cheeseburger (I forgot to take a picture), and chili cheese dog (yep that's a hot dog on hamburger bun). The fries were seasoned just right too. Normally, I play it safe everywhere when I order a milkshake and stick to vanilla. But, Brett surprised me with a sample of the cookies and cream when I told him it was my first time there. Omg! Is all I can say. I ordered one to go. I can't wait to take family and friends with me to further explore their menu.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful, Chris helped me assemble a burger he thought I'd like, and I loved it. Absolutely wonderful food and very customizable. The fries are extremely good, especially the truffle fries! Thanks to Chris and Patrick for their great service!! Will absolutely go here again should I find myself nearby

Second visit. Never disappointed and always friendly service .. they make you feel like you've known them for several years. Had a dessert size peach shake, spicy tuna sandwich recommended the medium rare and parmesan fries. I love this place and I am glad they are doing the recommended procedures to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

Updated review as of January 2017: It had been so long since I had patronized a Beck's Prime that, when my wife called from a meet-up she was having there and asked if I would like her to bring home a burger, I said "yes".
You see, the last time(s) I was at Beck's with various friends, the meat was compressed into a tight, hockey puck of a piece of burger. Instead of being loosely formed just so it holds together so that crispy bits form throughout the cooking process. Now, a hamburger patty like this works when it is the standard 1/4 size that one finds at fast food places. But when you have a heftier piece of meat, it just isn't that pleasant to chew your way through a big slab of ground beef. Especially a lean one.
So here I am in January 2017, with the same opinion as before. Hockey puck is the only descriptive that comes to mind. For the price point that Beck's charges, this is not a burger that I would look forward to having again any time soon. See photos.
Previous review: I've never really enjoyed this place. Their meat, being very lean (which can be a good thing) is compacted so tightly that it really is like eating a hockey puck. If only they would loosely form the burger so that it would pick up crusty bits, it would be a perfectly acceptable burger, price no object. But their fries have been a total, greasy fail the times that I have taken a chance on them.

Great fries and veggie burger complimented by service. The restaurant is spotless. BYOB for beer and wine. Conveniently located a ton 19th ST. ample parking.
