Patrick Massey is my favorite!! I give the facility and the trainer 5 stars. He was awesome and helpful! I’m coming back and telling my friends to come too! The receptionist is very helpful and welcoming!
I had a session with Amy, she’s amazing! I’m headed to get a smoothie from Juice Land because they are in the same space! The room wasn’t too hot and it smelled good, it was a nice, warm room. I highly recommend this studio!
The manager is super helpful too! There’s a 7 minute grace period if you’re inning late! The parking lot is shared with juice land and had about 5 - 7 spaces. Tons of street parking! It’s beautiful how diverse the yoga session I had with Amy and Patric S was, very inclusive studio that brings people from various us walks of life together for their common love of yoga!
The studio does have an $88 membership , but this studio is on the class pass app if you wanted to do a free trial of class pass.

As usual, had an amazing class with Amy Young on Friday night at white Oak. She is so creative with her flows and teaches with a peak pose in mind. I wish she was teaching more classes at the 5:30 slot at White Oak

First time doing yoga and enjoyed the candlelit ambience and more meditation than hard work. Parking is a bit tricky so either get there early or might have to find street parking a bit further away.

Tried out this place through classpass and loved the vibe! Nosa is a great instructor with a great vibe and the class felt very fun and light. My only complaint would be that I feel like they definitely over-sold spaces in the class and there were way too many people in the room. It was difficult to maneuver during the class without kicking someone which was very distracting and made it difficult to fully enjoy myself.

Great classes, but don’t let these hippies scam you. I’m glad they increased the mandatory donation from $12 to $15 per class. Fake spiritualists also have standards and that’s good. Keep the gym clean and sanitized. Decent start.
But do note, traveler: farting and stretching in a dry sauna with other young professionals, soccer moms, local students, and the occasional retiree is not a new idea. Other places do it just as well (like Lifetime Fitness, LA Fitness, you get it: gyms). But if social justice is as important to you as staring at in shape people, this is your studio. I would’ve given it four stars, but being nice is not on brand. Come to a couple classes and keep it kicking. Yoga is for Hindus. These are just posers. It’s alright. 👍🏾
