DO NOT use this company and fall victim to their scam like I did today! I called this morning to request a plumber to come out to unclog a toilet at our rental property. I was given a window of 11:30-3 pm for someone to show up. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call that someone would be there at 9:30 am. I expected to pay an hourly wage for labor and any necessary parts like I have with other reputable plumbing companies in the past ($189/hour). Upon inspecting the job, I was told verbally it would require removing the toilet to unclog and it would take about an hour because he could not get to the clog and cost would be $350. I felt it was extremely high but also wasn't sure what option I had at that point since he was on site. I was again pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in less than 30 mins. However, when my credit card was charged and I reviewed the charge later this afternoon, I was charged $375! When I called to question what the hourly rate was, I was told that "they charge by the job and do not do that kind of thing". I told them this was not my experience in the past with other plumbing companies and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I was then told I was being rude! I was asked what I felt a fair price was, I said $200 and told again that "wasn't going to happen" but she would ask her manager. I received a call back that I agreed to the price and there was nothing that would be done except I would be credited $25 since that was "an accident". I will be filing a complaint with the BBB against this company for the price gouging scam they are running.

Toilet clog and bathtub not draining and filling with water after every flush. This happened after I had some guests check out. Called Dan, he answered the phone and was very polite and knowledgeable about my issue. Gave me a time frame he'll show up and came within that time. I'm always nervous when I call contractors, plumbers, electricians cause you never know what cost you'll get with them. Dan gave me pricing over the phone. It was fair and affordable for the work. He fixed my issue within an hour and even cleaned up after. Will definitely be keeping Dan on speed dial.

Griffith Plumbing Service plumbers were friendly and easy to work with to replace my gas water heater. They also gave me lots of good advice on how to convert to all-electric heating system using a heat pump, which I hope to do once I add more solar panels to my house. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

I had a slow drain in my upstairs bathroom. Griffith Plumbing Service came right away. I’ve used them several times and their work is always excellent. The tech, was friendly, polite, courteous and clean. He fixed the sink in no time!!!! I highly recommend Griffith Plumbing Service for all your plumbing needs! Thanks again!!!

Griffith Plumbing Service is awesome. Their servicemen are awesome and very efficient, provided excellent advice on the advantages of new bathroom fixtures, and he solved a problem that several other plumbers could not solve. We will be hiring them over and over again every time we have plumber issues. Highly recommend!!
