I’ve been going to her for a couple years now and I always leave looking exactly how I expected. She’s honest and up front about various treatments and what’s manageable within your expectations. I’ve experienced that some injectors want to charge as much as they can without taking into account what you’ll look like, and Susana is more concerned with her client’s satisfaction. Susana was incredible! Saturday was my first time receiving any form of injection or Botox and as someone deeply afraid of needles I was freaking out on the inside! Susana was very reassuring and calmed my nerves! She was super gentle on my lips and I didn’t feel any pain that I was expecting! I am so happy with my results and will be returning and referring to all my friends ❤️

I received Dysport at the Houston location on Washington Avenue. Hannah was the injector and she’s amazing! She’s very thorough and professional and so very nice. The spa is beautiful inside and all the staff is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this location and especially Hannah for the services!

Just wanted to say how amazing Hannah is. I have such a low pain tolerance with lip filler and she made the whole process so smooth. She gives off the energy of an old friend you haven’t seen in while and you’re catching up. The numbing cream she used numbed me more than the cream/numbing shots at the place I typically go to. She was very informative about my lip shape and the differences in the type of filler she uses. When it came time for the filler she asked if I had any music requests and played my favorite band through out the whole session which helped keep my mind off the needle. Between her sweet and personal demeanor Hannah will always be my go to for any type of services. The office staff are just as friendly and accommodating.
