If you're looking for a gym where you don't have to fight over machines, want a clean workout area, and want quick and easy 24 hour access, this is the place. I'm shocked not more people go to this gym, but honestly, kind of happy about that... Even during peak hours, there aren't more than 10 people at a time, which is perfect because at most you wait 2-4m for a machine. I'm pretty sure they clean every day as it's always spotless. I do wish there were most machines, but for the size of the space, they did well in choosing the most high-demand machines, which should cover a full-body workout. I'm moving back to Austin next month and truly going to miss this place.

I’ve been at this gym roughly for a week, and man do I love this place! First things first the availability (24 hour gym) is what you’d think is the best part which not gonna lie it is definitely a big factor. But the sheer cozy and welcoming feeling of this gym is amazing. All the new and up to date gym equipment is a big plus. I don’t usually encounter others during the times i go, but when I do it’s definitely nice because everyone that goes there goes to workout and not socialize which there is nothing with, but you can tell the people here are here to workout and get the job done. All in all I love this place so far. I kind of want to be selfish and not show this amazing place off since it’s never busy, but these guys deserve it honestly. If you’re seriously considering this place I’d give it a try.

Valuable neighborhood gym! Easy access allows you to drop in as you please. Current members keep to themselves, respectfully, and friendly when crossing paths. I’ve been a member for 6+ months and have yet to encounter the space with more than 5 people at once. PROS: - full free weights that allow for wide range of training - ample treadmills to spread out - 2 stair masters! - organized space allows for personal space even with a neighbor next to you - separate space towards front for more private training, if needed - two full showers if needing to change after workout CONS: ****gym needs a good deep clean; plenty of visible dirt/dead bugs/fuzzies along every corner - restrooms are often dirty - wifi is rarely consistent, built-in music is hit or miss (great jams when it’s working!) - disinfectant is pure bleach = many ruined shirts Overall recommend for the price. It’s no-frills and serves its purpose for what I need. There is a weekly membership rate for those looking to test it out!

I like this place. It’s not a typical health club. It’s relatively small, but I’m usually the only one there so it’s perfect. Occasionally there may be one other person in the gym, and rarely two other people. I don’t think I have ever seen more than 3 people in this gym at one time including myself. And there seems to be an unspoken rule that people don’t really talk to each other, even if there’s someone else there. It’s the quietest gym I’ve ever been in - people will definitely leave you alone and let you lift. Another reviewer indicated that there could be 10 people in the gym at once - I have NEVER seen that happen. There are 6 treadmills, three ellipticals, two stair climbers and two spin bikes… all very high quality equipment, Les Mills bikes, etc. I find this is quite a bit of overkill on the cardio machines (13 pieces of cardio equipment, with there rarely being more than one or two people in the gym). There is “enough” weightlifting equipment, but I’d say it’s not overkill. But what’s missing? Not much. -I can do bench dips between benches, but there isn’t a place to do dips. -I can do deadlifts for low back (but I generally don’t deadlift because of prior injuries, and there isn’t a Roman chair or GHD anywhere). -There’s a Smith machine but no squat rack/cage. I’d generally prefer to have a rack with spotter arms to a Smith machine, but I can get things done on the Smith machine. And the rates - does it make sense? I’m paying $60/month, with no option for a family membership. It’s not awful, but the YMCA is also $60/month, and can add a spouse for another $15. Make your own judgments, but there is some value in not waiting for equipment, and having peace and quiet in the gym, so this is a good option. Overall it’s a quiet gym, with enough equipment, located in the neighborhood, and at pretty reasonable rates.
