Unprofessional and shady. The way they talked about me in front of other waiting customers in the lobby, as if I wasn't sitting right there, was totally uncalled for and embarrassing.
Lied about not having an appointment. They refused to acknowledge messages they sent me confirming my appointment. They said it wasn't them. When it's clearing from their phone number, why would someone else impersonate them?
Then wouldn't accept my insurance saying I needed authorization, which was another lie. My insurance even recommended them.
I left before even starting the exam and will be making a complaint with state board and insurance provider.

The front desk is professional and courteous and was able to get me in quickly.
I have been getting frequent eye exams since I was 5 years old and today Dr. Olga Kotlyar gave me the best experience imaginable!

I had a great experience at the Washington Heights Master Eye Associates location. My appointment was pretty quick and Dr. Kotlyar was very friendly. I picked this place after reading all the great reviews and seeing that Vision Works next door has a huge selection of frames. I was not disappointed. Glad I found my new Optometrist!

Dr. Olga is beyond amazing. She is well experienced , knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. She takes the time to hear the issue and diagnose never rushes.
My daughter and I are very pleased and glad that we have her as our eye doctor.
The staff is very professional too they are quick and nice and well experienced .

Amazing Dr. Olga and her team. First visit for me, but my husband has been coming to see Dr. Olga for years. She is an excellent doctor, she explains everything. 100% recommend her.
