Don came on Saturday as our hot water heater went out. He was extremely professional and made several recommendations for us to consider. He and Nick’s plumbing have been excellent to work with. Highly recommended! — update — Myslim came out today and installed the new hot water heater and was professional as well as courteous of our home and general environment. I would highly recommend Nicks for your plumbing needs.

I am still astounded that a new hot water heater could cost $6000, but the new one does have greater capacity and more efficiency than the old one. Ethan laid out all the options and responded to all my questions. He was able to make arrangements with the roofer so the whole job was done on a turnkey basis. During the actual installation, Ethan was very efficient and professional. Overall, my experience was very positive. I wouldn't hesitate to contract with Nick's Plumbing again, especially if Ethan were going to be the plumber

Our double sink had backed up, and we hadn't any idea. We found Nick's Plumbing and AC on google maps. I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. Our technician Will Blankenship was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and practical. He fixed our problem within a short amount of time and gave us some helpful maintenance advice. I also liked how easy the appointment scheduling, courtesy call, and payment was all efficiently handled by Nick's. Thank you for helping us with our plumbing request, Will!

I asked Nick’s Plumbing to come out when my air conditioner upstairs was going in and out. A guy came over and, without being able to articulate why, said that I would need to install a French drain and quoted me $5,000. I told him I needed a day to think about it and get a second opinion. An hour after he left, water started leaking from my ceiling. Apparently the technician had turned off the emergency stopper. I called Nick’s to ask if someone could please come up to fix whatever he had done. The customer service manager blamed me for it, incorrectly claiming that I authorized him to do so, and stated that all technicians had gone home for the day. I got a technician from a different company to come out, and he fixed the entire problem for $125. Air conditioner works perfectly now, and Nick’s tried to scam me with a $5,000 quote. Do not use Nick’s. They take advantage of people in need, victim blame, and are just plain bad at the job they do every day.
