This company does custom automotive work, there has never been a towing company affiliated with this business.
I had custom automotive work done several times and had a great experience each time. I will be bringing my vehicle back. I keep seeing reviews pertaining to towing vehicles which isn’t something they do here. “Local Guides” should do a little more research and make sure they have the correct business before posting reviews.
NRS Automotive and NRS (National Roadside) are not the same business.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Gave an ETA of 1-1.5 hours. Why even give an ETA if your not even gonna try to honor it?! When I called, I was told the driver was "working other tows and hes delayed". But when my insurance company called the reason for delay magically turned into "oh hes stuck in traffic". Your driver is stuck in traffic at 9pm at night? Bold face lie! After 2 hours of being stranded, I found another company who helped me get home.

This company is horrible with communication they barely speak English which is actually not my issue. The issue I have is the driver arrived over an hour and a half later and had an entire attitude when he got here. So then he gets out and claims that he has no way to tow my vehicle without driving it and it has two flat tires which could cause damage to the rim so I asked him if that was the only way. He again got an attitude and said yes so I decided to record him attempting to put it on the truck bed for my security in case he causes further damage. He then got more of an attitude and decided to yell at me and say he's not going to tow it that I can wait for another tow company to come because he's not going to be recorded. I asked what he was worried about if he was doing everything the correct way then there should be no further damage cause. Again he just decided to keep yelling and proceed to get in his truck and leave. This company is horrible and my advice would be not to use them ever if you care about what happens to your vehicles.

Contacted this company contracted by my insurance provider. Abraham was rude and unprofessional. Keep pushing back ETA, after almost two hours cancelled with them and called a different company who came in 15 minutes. I normally don’t leave reviews but had to make an exception today.

Total run around. Dispatched at 430 through my insurance company. It said 50-80 minutes. Then NRS kept saying 20 minutes for sure. Promised. Last call they said no more than 5 minutes. WRONG!!
