The customer service from Alberto was outstanding!! He was friendly, very knowledgeable and well mannered as well. He was working this location today, but commented he is normally @ the one on Lyons Ave in Denver Harbor. If you are lucky enough to have Albert assist you, I am almost positive you will not be disappointed! What a refreshing encounter these days,, to meet a young employee that does an amazing job!! Keep up the great work Albert, you ARE making A DIFFERENCE!! He helped with my wiper blades, cabin filter and def!!

This is the most worst customer service that I have ever had in my life I walked through the door not even in the door good and a gentleman says cash only that's how we taking and I said good morning sir can I get through the door first he smacks his lips so I said good morning everybody I am here to pick up a generator that I ordered online so he stated let me see your ID I said no problem sir here you go so he come out with the generator and I was like can I get my receipt so he didn't give me my receipt right then so he come out with the generator and he was like well I hope you got a dolly I said no sir I don't and he said well this thing is heavy and you going to need some help I say well so I can help you I have my son you know all three of us can put it in my car I have a bad back so we put it in my car we come back in the store he has a totally attitude so I said sir I keep asking you for my receipt and you haven't gave me my receipt back so he go to the back and he come back a while later and he was like all sales are final once you take it it's yours you cannot get your money back nor can you return it I said so if something happened to this or it does not work I cannot bring it back and I cannot get my money back no we're not going to give you a refund so I said can I speak to the manager I am the manager I said what's up what is your name My name is JUAN H. I say you have a very nasty attitude for a manager and very poor customer service so I get home my husband get the generator out y'all the generator do not work All the oil pours out of the generator it will not cut on at all so now I see why he said all SALES are final when I ordered this online it did not state anything about our sales of final IF I COULD GIVE A BELOW ZERO THAT STORE WILL HAVE A BELOW ZERO

Used to be my go to for code checks or parts for minor repairs. As a woman it was annoying getting certain things “mansplained” but it didn’t always happen.
The final straw was when one of the employees very confidently and incorrectly told me that the warning light on my dash was low tire pressure. Either he’s an idiot or was just blowing me off so he didn’t have to do his job. Either way I’ll find some place more reliable.

Oh Cynthia I'm sorry I'm such an inconvenience for you when you and coworker are just sitting there gossiping. Yall didn't wanna help me or the other customer that wanted help with windshield wipers!!! I came in for the oil filter special and 1st you tell me you don't have that filter for my vehicle and then you you change it to we don't have that oil for that vehicle. Funny thing is that I have purchased the O'Reilly oil from yall many time for my specific vehicle and filter from my local store where they treat me well but I figured why not? I was in this area let me stop in here. Never again!! And you are 1 of the managers. What kind of business are you running? Yelled at me about ill be waiting for your call to report this incident!! Very rude and condescending, Ma'am. Im sorry i didnt remember what oil can go in my vehicle but you know what i dont work at a part store. You do!! I was very respectful to you and that's how you treat your customers. Holly Wow!!!
