We took our dog in to get 2 vaccines, K9 influenza and Bordetella. Once we received the paperwork we discovered that instead of the K9 influenza they gave him the Canine 6 in 1 shot. We were told it was a mistake on their part and they offered us 20% off the correct shot if we came back the same day. Not only was he given 6 vaccines he did not need, they wanted us to pay for their mistake. We have spoken with corporate and they are doing an internal audit, but have still not received a refund, the correct shot or an apology. I am appalled with how this situation was handled.

The young lady who checked us in was very informative on what my pet would need. Jason was very good with my pet, he kept him calm and distracted throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Kahn (I hope I spelled it right) was very informative as well. We can’t forget Trinity! Everybody was very welcoming and patient with my pet considering this was his first time at this location. We will definitely be going back for any future services.

I was very pleased with the vet visit for vaccines. Every single member was friendly, professional, and courteous. Waiting in line was very brief. I highly recommend this location.

Worst place ever. The “vet” was extremely rude, yelled at me and i wouldn’t trust them with my cat. I was trying to get information on why what she was telling me was different from the shelter vet and she just kept yelling at me “I’m a vet” and telling me I’m dumb
Lesson learned, go to a real vet, not petco
