Took one bite and realized this pizza was completely dry. This location also provides poor customer service and were completely rude on the phone. When asked to remedy my poor experience he suggested they make a new one a SWAP the travesty of a pizza I received. When I asked if they are going to take my already bitten pizza he questioned my actions. This ended the call as I suggested I would be taking my concerns higher up. Pizza Hut lost a customer today.

Very spensive for nothing. Cheese was very poor more bread than anything. It cost 25 dollars. And ask him for a Cheese or pepper 🌶 to put in my pizza and he says 10 dollars for each one! I decided not to put anything. Very poor vegetables and cheese.

This Indian guy that I guess is the manger is the most rude unprofessional and shady I came in to order to go I asked what deals they have and he’s telling me the deals are only on line should be able to order at the store then I ordered on line it said it was ready after a few min and that was not true I waited 20 min to get my pizza after that only to get my pizza when so little toppings when I asked him he said bc I ordered many toppings it was only 3 toppings and I should get what I paid for not a small piece and some slices didn’t even have olives I will upload a pic to see how shady this place is in specific if the owner is reading this I strongly advice you to fire him and hire someone more qualified before you end up in a lawsuit and find your self filling for bankruptcy

Abysmal Service and Rude Staff
I had the absolute worst experience with Pizza Hut, and I am appalled at the level of service at this location. I placed an online order and waited for my pizza to be delivered. The delivery time came and went, so I waited an additional 10 minutes. After an hour had passed with no delivery, I called the store to find out what was going on.
An extremely rude employee informed me that my order had been canceled. When I asked to speak to a manager, Adam, he provided the same excuse, claiming he tried to call us to verify the address. This was a blatant lie as I never received any call. He then said he has had problems with my address before and used this as a reason to cancel my order. Throughout our conversation, Adam was rude, raised his voice, ignored what I had to say, and clearly did not care about resolving the issue. He seemed more interested in pushing me off the phone than addressing the problem.
I waited over an hour for food that I had already paid for while staying in a hotel due to power outages caused by Hurricane Beryl. My kids were hungry and expecting pizza that never arrived. This is completely unacceptable.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location, but I let previous incidents slide. However, this experience was the last straw. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how many others are suffering from the same poor service.
This is a terrible way to run a business and tarnishes the Pizza Hut name that I grew up loving. Their customer service has taken a nosedive, and it is clear that this location does not care about its customers. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

HORRRRIBLE The food was disgusting—probably the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had in my life. The employee was super rude, but I could deal with that if the food had been good. It’s like, "OK, stand by your product." But the food was trash, so it felt like a complete waste of time, and I was treated like the scum on the bottom of a Pizza Hut shoe.
