Love Love Love Atrium Yoga! This space and the people who make it a community are just beautiful. I'm learning that life is better with yoga. Their full schedule of offerings here suits all needs and levels, no matter what the day (and even the on-demand classes are great when I can't make it in), and the instructors here are absolutely incredible - kind, calming, expert cueing, great class construction. I continually find myself amazed at the positions they guide me to achieve. Haven't felt this great in years! Plus, it's a great value.

I recently attended Austin's yoga class, and it was an awesome experience.
The flow of the session was smooth and well-structured, making it easy to follow along even for beginners. Austin's instructions were clear and easy to understand, which helped me stay focused and confident throughout the practice. He was incredibly helpful, offering adjustments and modifications to ensure everyone felt comfortable. His friendly and approachable demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made the class enjoyable. Highly recommend taking a class with Austin!

The energy & atmosphere from the actual space to all the staff here is so so special. “Yoga from the heart” is really so obvious in any of the classes or interactions at the studio.
Every instructor is knowledgeable & wonderful and has such a familiar essence to feel like you are welcomed & family instantly.
The actual studio is gorgeous, lots of natural light. The sunset peering in the room during class is so so special.
Lots of easy parking. They use MINDBODY for class registration, or in person. They have blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters to use.
Overall, pretty perfect 🤙🏼

Very kind instructors. This place is great if you’re looking for a yoga place! Make sure you start with a beginner class, some of the classes can be intense. The teachers will welcome you, get to know you, and be incredibly inclusive. I had never done yoga and they made me feel very comfortable. It’s a bit confusing to find - when you arrive at the address off Westheimer, you have to go park in the back of the building and walk into the 3733 building! It’s not marked with a sign outside the building. When you get inside though you’ll see that the studio is on the second floor.

This dreamy place will offer you everything you want and more!
--Parking is located in the back.-- There are several studio rooms that are all on the second floor.
Ooh where do I start? They had me when I walked in and smelled the amazing, intoxicating incense with one of the owners greeting me, Jennifer Yuhas, who is so friendly and a cute, white ganesh statue at the entrance....the place is such a vibe really!
* Instructors are friendly, attentive, offer assistance and each have their own unique teaching style. They do not judge and have amazing attention to detail. I also love that they emphasize breathing. You will connect with them instantly.
*You will achieve your fitness goals. I know I've lost inches in just one month. I feel leaner. I eat better. I sleep better. 'Nuff said.
* They offer a variety of classes so whether you need a soft, gentle stretch on a lazy Sunday morning or a strength work out on a Wednesday -- they have it all. I especially love restorative yoga.
* The communication is great - they will know your name, offer you support and if you need to cancel, you do get both an e-mail and text confirmation (if its 2 hours or more prior, you will be reassured that you are not going to be charged).
*They treat everyone with the same respect and care. This is huge. I have been to maaaany studios since....2012/2013-ish and I noticed instructors offering support and attention to certain people. I assure you, this does not happen at The Atrium.
Some instructors that really stood out to me (although they are all amazing) were Jennifer, Austin, Gabby and Mathew. I have been told Madonna is super awesome, however I have not had the opportunity to try her classes yet.....that is on the list though!
Oh, The Atrium, you have my heart!
