I would like to express my gratitude to The Grove at White Oak apartment complex. Despite the recent severe storms, the management has done their best to clean up all the debris and maintain a comfortable living environment for us. Additionally, the leasing office has provided excellent customer service. Whenever I call with questions, concerns, or service requests, they respond quickly and handle things efficiently. Thank you for keeping this a beautiful and comfortable place to live for me and the other residents!

All in all, my experience of leasing and move-in was decent. Genevie and Esmeralda were super helpful in the process. I will say that the fact that the staff here seems to rotate among different properties is a little confusing. But knowing that information helped me to understand that any delays in communication were not permanent. They would and did generally get back to me.
Transitions are always difficult with so many moving pieces and the staff here made the transition easier. Thank you!
First maintenance request was handled promptly and they fixed what I asked for.

Good complex with nice residents and management. The maintenance is very nice. I only ever had one hiccup with them when my refrigerator went out and they took it with my food still in it and they had to return the food items. However it was a young man who did that and not the main maintenance man. But any other issue I had was resolved quickly and with no issue.

Came for a tour and Destinee was so helpful and cheerful throughout the whole thing! She took her time with explaining details about the property, features of the units, and was very responsive with any/all calls and emails we had for the leasing process the entire step of the way. We truly appreciate her patience and positivity!

Comments: Broken glass all over grounds, trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, smells like pot throughout complex, landscaping is nice at the leasing office and poor past that

Comments: A patch up with duct tape type system... but crew is nice

Comments: Fails to give notice and needed information on new policies, changes, or mandatory apartment complex checks (i.e. testing fire alarms, cutting trees, etc.). Rude and inappropriate to residents. Make sure you have every conversation in writing.

Comments: Broken appliances will be replaced with used appliances that will also break shortly; appliances break often
Pest Control: 1 of 5 stars
Comments: Get your own pest control strategy... ongoing roach, spider, and fruit fly problem

Comments: There is a car meet up that happens every Sunday and Thursday around 10:30-11pm at a business across the street. Very loud - includes fireworks, gunshots, loud music, and street racing

Comments: Registering your vehicle is mandatory, along with any guests - make sure your guests are registered (even for a 20 min visit) or they will be towed; only given 3 guest permits per 24 hours and there is no street parking

Comments: Love the floor plan! I had a two bedroom two bathroom first floor unit. The space was utilized very well.

Comments: To have packages delivered, you are required to sign up for a delivery service that costs $15 a month... whether you use the service or not

Comments: Dog park is gross and there is no apartment access to the bayou. You have to walk out of the complex, through a commercial parking lot, and then get to the bayou trail. There is also a pet profile you are required to have that costs extra money outside of the monthly pet rent.
