Upon entering the clinic, I was greeted by a polite receptionist named Jazmin, who checked me in and escorted me to a room. After a brief wait, the nurse, Bree, gathered details on her laptop. Unfortunately, both the nurse and the doctor were rude, failing to greet me or show concern for my pet. They quoted over $130 for exams and tests without examining my pet. When taking my pet for vitals, the nurse was aggressive and impatient with my nervous dog. She returned quickly, claiming they had all vitals and that the doctor had assessed my pet. The nurse said my dog was too nervous, so the doctor would speak with me shortly. It was surprising that a vet clinic couldn’t handle a nervous dog. The doctor diagnosed my dog with an allergic reaction and listed several medications. When I asked follow-up questions, the doctor responded condescendingly. Realizing this wasn’t the right place for my dog, I requested the bill. I also asked about an ear flush prescribed by another vet, but neither the nurse nor the doctor would examine my pet’s ear, suggesting I return to the original vet. I had a coupon for the first visit, waiving the $75 charge, but was still charged $5.99 plus taxes for disposable materials. The nurse explained this covered gloves, a thermometer cap, and needles, but they only took my pet’s temperature. They quoted $100 for allergy medications and $20 for ear infection medication without properly examining my dog. Without the coupon, I would have been charged $330. Avoid this location. You’ll likely receive better service at non-profit clinics like Emancipet. A day after my visit, my pet’s allergies started clearing up. My old vet clarified my medication questions for free, making me feel valued. I will never visit this clinic again and advise others to stay away.

My dog & I went in this morning for a possible ear infection. This was my first time visiting a Vetco location. This is a great location for people who have very anxious dogs who dislike going to the Vet. This location has a side entrance, that makes it very easy to go right on in, and not have to interact with other dogs. This made my dog and I a lot more calm! Everyone who works at this location is very nice. Dr. Cleary and technician Bree did a great job. My dog was very uncooperative, but we were still able to get all the tests/injections done in a timely manner. I arrived at 8:30am, and left the location at 9:30am. I felt like the staff worked very hard to respect my time, and get me out the door in a timely manner. Overall , the visit was fairly cost effective. Total cost was $301. Considering how thorough the staff was, I am pleased with the cost. It didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me. Overall I highly recommend this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable , the location is great, and the price was fair.

visited this place a couple of weeks ago.Got very lucky.I made an appointment on a sunday night to a next day, which is rare to make it this quick.(I tried a couple of places before).I schedule the first appointment for Monday.Got there more than an hr.earlier my waited time paid off.As soon as they opened,This lady at front helped me with the intake, very nice and helpful.Once We finished the short and easy process,My wait was short and I was ready to get "His Majesty" checked up on his left paw.He had an inflamation problem due to infection,he could not put any weiight on his leg.He was in pain.We got in a room and immediately the lady Vet assistant's came introduced herself and told me the process,She was very nice and helpful. His Majesty then was taken to another room for his check,he got some meds vaccination and the change in his behavior indicated he was feeling a lot better. The Vet also came and explained the problems he was experiencing. She recommended was needed for him. Everything was very prompt and smooth. We got out in less than 40 minutes. In general all personnel was super professional, very nice and helpful at all times.Highly recommend ! Now I dont have to look for another Vet,this place is great to take your adorable pets. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! His Majesty is doing real well now.

Online appointment booking was a breeze. Great hours, quick service. Vet was knowledgeable and thorough. I really like how they show you an estimate of the billing. Walked me through each line item and confirmed which options I wanted to go with. I love the transparency.

We had a bad experience with this clinic over the past 2 months. There are issues with communication, nursing staff, access to providers to have questions answered because of how busy they are: 1) Our cat was initially misdiagnosed with a simple skin abrasion, sent home with a wound ointment. The lesions recurred, we had to go back in 50 days and pay another examination fee. 2) When we arrived, there was no appointment on file. The call center failed to schedule us. No explanation was provided. 3) Our cat was diagnosed with a bacterial infection, but they did not hold the antibiotic. When asked to speak with the vet, the nurse said it would be a wait and tried to discourage me by saying the vet is seeing other patients. This was true, the vet was so busy going into other rooms that I would need to wait 20 mins to see her again. Meanwhile, I raised my issue with this system which limits my access to the provider: They will take your pet to a different area and examine all the pets there. Meanwhile, you are lucky to get a few mins with the actual vet to get your questions answered. 4) My feedback upset the nurse who raised her voice and said “Do you know we have been through a hurricane?”. All I wanted was to speak with the vet to see how long it would take for her to obtain the antibiotic. I was worried for my pet’s health but I was blamed by my nurse who brought up Hurricane Beryl. 5) When I went to the front desk and asked why I was not even scheduled for an appointment in the first place, the front desk told me: “it was not me, it was the call center’s fault”. 6) Finally I spoke with the vet, over an hour into the appointment. She told me about a reasonable difficulty with obtaining injection ingredients and said we can speak again tomorrow after she checks other locations. That is all I needed to hear. Except, it had turned into an emotional ordeal after going through all of the above. I want my cat to receive antibiotic treatment tomorrow but after that, we will look for a different hospital.
