I have lived here for almost two years and it has been a very good experience. There have been several changes in administration, some good and others not so good, but currently everything is under control, excellent maintenance of the areas, the pool and very nice people.

ASSET MANAGEMENT IS TRASH. After my move out, they charged me $80 in late fees bc THEY LOST MY FINAL RENT CHECK and they said I turned in my keys late (even though I turned them in early). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I moved here in 2018, but ever since Asset took over management in September of 2022, this place has rapidly gone downhill. If you are looking to move in, ask yourself why there are so many empty apartments in such a good location.
- They do not provide new leases in a timely manner, and then they try to charge you bogus monthly fees for not being on a lease. But it’s their fault! I waited four months for a new lease and it never came.
- I have been waiting SIX MONTHS for maintenance. I think they have two or three maintenance people for all their apartment complexes in the Heights (Heights Collective). The maintenance guys are wonderful and it’s not their fault.
- Other tenants told me they had to call 311 to get their maintenance issues resolved.
- Even in cooler weather, people were waiting weeks to get their AC’s fixed. It’s going to be a nightmare in the summer!
- The transition to Asset has been a nightmare. They were charging a lot of false late fees, and there is currently something wrong with the water billing.
- Gates to the parking lot are always left open, and the lights in the parking lot have been out for months. I work from home and I see people wander in and out from the street all the time.
- Trash regularly overflowing, maybe due to throwing out all the belongings of people who abandoned their apartments. This never happened before Asset…
- Pool has been closed since Asset took over.
I like living here because I like the neighbors, but it’s not worth it any more.

Been a resident for 5 years now. Love it. Great location, breezy bike trail out back, and small complex, only 96 apts, perfect size to keep things operating smoothly in my opinion. Great management

Awful experience living here for 2.5 months due to rat infestation. Management did nothing to eradicate the situation and tried to keep me from moving out. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
The apartment wasn’t ready when I moved in which resulted in a later move in date and I never had access to my mail until the week I moved out. I went to the office daily to get things corrected with no success.

NEW MANAGEMENT: as other reviews said, old management company was terrible. The place was rundown, bogus fees, no communication. New management has fixed literally all of our problems and is doing something new to fix the property every week. Folks in the office are helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance is helpful and quick unlike before.
