I love the staff here, they are always so nice and welcoming. Dr. Dodds is also super sweet and has great bedside manner. I usually also always get my new glasses within the same day if they are in stock which I love! I will recommend this office to anyone.

AMAZING SERVICE!!
I went last week for an eye exam and to fill out my prescription and everyone was very nice. I thank Daniel who helped me choose the frames and also the manager Reynold was always aware and answered my questions and the guy at the reception Arnold who is always with a smile. It is definitely a place to trust and I 100% recommend it 🙌🏼

Today's vision in Sawyer Heights probably to some people is a good location, from my experience poor customer service, can't speak to a employee from the location have to leave a call back number but they don't call back. Won't let you come in as a walk in, basically they run it look the covid nightmare ,drove by it 3 people sitting at the front counter one person inside can't give them a a good rating.

I was excited about being a new patient here. I had a great experience here along with my daughter. I had an eye problem, I called to make an appointment to her immediate help. My insurance has a high deductible and I was quoted an amount and I could not make the entire payment upfront. I asked if I could make most of the payment now and the rest in a week but they said they couldn’t. As a result I was not able to come in because I couldn’t afford the cost of the visit. This disappointed me, as I work for a medical practice myself and we offer payment plans all the time. I wish I didn’t have to leave but this really discouraged me to go back.

Love the service and the friendly welcome you get when coming in. The staff is very welcoming and the whole process was very pleasant the doctor answer my questions. The manager Rey went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care off during my visit, and he answer all my questions. This place gets a 10/10 they are the best.
I would be coming here for my yearly eye exam and I would recommend it to my family and friends..
