I was always hesitant to try yoga because I thought it would be about getting yourself into a pretzel and breathing through your eyelids. I was wrong!
I've been going to yogaworks when it was yoga one. Over 5 years. I started doing hot yoga out of curiosity and to see if it would relieve some of the aches and pains other workouts (crossfit) have caused. It wasn't easy at first but it was a great mental and physical challenge so I stuck with it. Hot yoga is now a medical necessity for me. It cured a lot of aches and pains. Your definitely not breathing through your eyelids in hot yoga!

I have been going to this studio for a little under a year and I just LOVE this place. It's a very positive community of people, no ego, and the classes are led by really good instructors. I have tried getting into yoga many times before in my life, and this is the first time it has really stuck. They have a great introductory offer, so don't hesitate to try it out! Heidi and Margaret are my favorite instructors, although you really can't go wrong with any of them :)

I really love Yoga One, at least the Heights location, I've never been to a different studio. I started practicing a year ago last Saturday, it was my birthday. I went to Heidi's 1.5 flow class and I was hooked. I tried out a bunch of other classes and times and found a variety of teachers and classes that I loved. I feel like there is something for everyone at Yoga One. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. I've been to other studios where I did not feel welcome and encouraged because I'm not a stick with a rockin' typical yoga-bod. I love that there are so many classes offered at different times so if I can't make it to a 5:45 class there is one a bit later I can attend. Yoga One has felt like a big hug every time I walk in the door. I know I will feel better about life and myself when I attend a class because of the happy, positive environment oh and sweating the endorphin help too. :) I've recommend Yoga One to many of my co-workers and friends! It has truly changed my body and mind. THANKS!

A fantastic studio for many reasons! The staff and instructors make you feel very welcome and are always willing to help with anything you need. The facilities are very nice and a great place to practice yoga. They offer a variety of classes at different times, so it's easy to find one that fits your schedule. Definitely check it out.

I like the variety and times the classes are available. I like how the staff takes the time to know your name and something about you. I feel comfortable asking questions.
update after 2 years
It was the first time back at this studio in 2 years. The process was easy and I felt immediately welcomed. The class started on time and the teacher was a sub but still went smoothly. I emailed the studio to ask a question and I received an email back within a few hours. I also love that you love your teachers and offer a discount on your membership. That 15% is the difference from me feeling comfortable investing in a monthly membership. Thank y'all!
